Submission Guidelines

After you log in, please select "Author," then choose NPC 2026 to submit your paper. Papers reporting original and unpublished research results and experience are solicited. All paper submissions will be handled electronically via our website: submission site.

All papers should be formatted using the Springer-LNCS template, and must not exceed 12 pages. The reference is within the 12-page limitation. The conference proceedings will be published by Springer-LNCS, which is indexed by EI and Scopus.

All submissions will be reviewed using a single-blind review process. The identity of reviewers will not be revealed to authors, but authors can keep their names on the submitted papers, on figures, bibliography, etc.
